Your Recovery Doesn't End When The Sessions Finish

Frequently asked questions
-
What is The Recovery Vault?
The Recovery Vault is Katie's private recovery membership designed to provide ongoing support, guidance and resources for past and current clients. Inside you'll find recovery hubs, calming audios, hypnosis recordings, meditations, relapse prevention tools, workbooks, community support and new resources added over time.
-
Is The Recovery Vault Right For Me?
The Recovery Vault is primarily designed for past and current clients who have completed, or are currently completing, one of Katie's programmes and want ongoing support, accountability and practical tools to help maintain momentum. It provides a safe place to stay connected to recovery, emotional wellbeing and continued personal growth long after the intensive work ends.
-
Is everything confidential and private?
Absolutely. The Recovery Vault is designed to be a safe, confidential and supportive environment. All masterclasses and training sessions are provided as recordings, allowing you to access support privately and at your own pace. There is no requirement to attend live sessions or engage publicly. The community is entirely optional, and members can choose how much they participate. If you wish to engage, you may use your initials or a preferred name rather than your full name. Discretion, privacy and emotional safety are at the heart of everything inside the Vault.
-
Can I access the content at my own pace?
Absolutely. All resources are available on demand, allowing you to access support whenever it suits you. New resources, masterclasses and content are added regularly, and you can engage with the Vault at a pace that works for your life.
-
How Is The Recovery Vault Different From One-To-One Sessions?
The Recovery Vault is designed to complement, not replace, one-to-one support. It provides ongoing access to recovery resources, emotional regulation tools, community support, relapse prevention guidance and practical strategies to help you maintain momentum between sessions and long after a programme has finished.
-
Can I Cancel My Membership?
Yes. The Recovery Vault is a monthly membership and you can cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. If you decide the Vault is no longer right for you, simply log in to your Thinkific account and manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account settings. You're welcome to stay for as long as you find the support, resources and community helpful.
